Gala 65. edycji rozdania nagród Grammy odbyła się w Los Angeles w nocy z 5 na 6 lutego 2023 roku. Nagrody wręczono w 91 kategoriach, w tej liczbie było pięć stricte jazzowych: Najlepsze Improwizowane Solo Jazzowe, Najlepszy Jazzowy Album Instrumentalny, Najlepszy Jazzowy Album Wokalny, Najlepszy Album Jazzu Orkiestrowego oraz Najlepszy Album Jazzu Latynoskiego.
